Cathy Clay was born in Houston,Texas. She graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, and earned a master’s degree in English from Texas Southern University. Her critical literary reviews have appeared in scholarly publications. Aside from writing, she enjoys time with family and pets.
